Check-ins
To review and summarise your progress, we need to reset and check-in often.
A check-in involves me sending you a questionnaire Friday evening. Alongside responding to the questionnaire... On the Saturday, you will submit your physique check-in video and optional verbal video via WhatsApp. It's an opportunity to ask any questions, summarise and inform me on how you have been performing/progressing. I shall review all sheets, make any adjustments needed to targets. Then feedback on the Sunday with feedback explaining any changes/ reassuring that we are on track!
